Instructions on Reading the Meditations
Some readers use the meditation that corresponds to the calendar day. Others choose the reading on a random basis. Either method is just fine.
A good way to start is to relax, take a few deep breaths and read the chosen page slowly. Pause to take one or two more deep breaths after each paragraph and
listen for a message. The message will usually be in the form of an identification with the issue or the solution to the issue of that day's reading.
If no message is received, read the page again and pause for breaths after each sentence. When you finish with the page the second time, the session is over. If no message was received, it may still come later or it may not. Do not be discouraged if no message is received. Repeat the process the next day with a new reading.
Another helpful tip is to read a page quickly just before going to bed. Next day read the page as described above.
